SJTRI has developed an Internet-based Client Communications Portal that is designed to be a secure location for client communication and data exchange that contains all relevant client information and is globally available.

Conducting medical device development and offering medical device training involves the transfer and management of multiple documents, schedules, and study data between SJTRI and our clients. Historically many files are either not shared during the study or are so large they have to transferred to physical media and mailed or sent by overnight courier. This means that the recent study results are often not reviewed by the client until the final report is sent when the study is complete. Many other details during the study can be difficult to track because of no central location where all parties can easily collaborate. The SJTRI Client Communication Portal is an enterprise level ultra secure cloud-based location for document and data exchange which is globally available and backed up across multiple locations.

This value-added service provided by SJTRI allows the client to remain more intimately involved in the conduct of their study by increasing the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of information and data exchange. The time, trouble, and expense of data management, copying, courier, and employee travel will also be markedly reduced. SJTRI sincerely hopes this is yet another way we can improve the model and support of medical device development and training for our clients.
